The founding fathers established a set of By-Laws to help guide the organization and the Board of Directors holds the sole authority to make revisions as are deemed necessary to insure the continuity of the organization.
Guests are always welcome at Southern Exposure functions, however they must be sponsored by an established member, obtain a guest pass and complete all required information prior to entering the gathering site.
Southern Exposure is a private organization. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE THAT YOU SEE AT ANY CLUB FUNCTION IS CONSIDERED STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. The Club will not hesitate to revoke the membership or guest pass privileges of anyone indiscriminately sharing information concerning the club or its members.
Clothing is not optional: all functions are conducted in the nude. Southern Exposure is not a sex club; overt sex is not permitted during the social gathering. Activities after the gathering are left to the discretion of the host. Guests should get specific information from the sponsoring member.
All participants are expected to show respect for the host and his home and bring a towel for seating comfort and to protect the host's furniture. Overindulgence in alcohol and any use of illegal drugs are prohibited. Smoking may be restricted to certain locations.
Photography
The club photographer or his authorized representative will occasionally take photographs of club members and guests for inclusion in the club's archives.
Club members who DO NOT OBJECT to being photographed are issued regular name badges.
Club members who DO OBJECT to being photographed are issued name badges with a special marking indicating that the club photographer is not to include them in any photographs.
Guests who DO NOT OBJECT to having their photographs included in the club archives must sign the PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE on the reverse side of their guest pass.
Any guests who DO NOT WISH to be photographed MUST secure a name badge with the appropriate indicator. OBTAINING THE APPROPRIATE NAME BADGE INDICATOR IS THE GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Monthly Social Gatherings
Gatherings are usually held on the third Saturday of the month and are funded by attendees. Guests attending for the first time are admitted without charge. Guests attending a second time will be asked to pay the usual $8 fee or $3 if they bring a covered dish to share.
