December Gathering December 17th The December 2011 gathering will be a held on December 17th at 5 p.m. at the home of Jack & Richard. President's Podium November, as usual was a busy month for the club. Game
night, Movie Night, Gathering, and another Movie Night all hosted by
Ted. The Game Night had 8 members and 1 guest in attendance, and the
Movie night for October had 5 members in attendance. As usual everyone
had a good time. The Gathering, which was the club's Thanksgiving, was
well attended by about 19 members and guests. A very good turnout and
the food was great.
December also promises to be a good month. Ted is hosting Game Night, Sat. December 3rd, which Richard and I cannot attend, and he is also hosting a Movie Night December 10th, "Make the Yuletide Gay". Again Richard and I won't be able to attend. December is a very busy month for us. However; we are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Gathering. If you're not able to make the Gathering, have a safe and sane holiday and we will look forward to seeing you next year. The Gathering will be held at our home in Pinellas Park on Sat. December 17th starting about 5pm. Remember to bring a gift for the Hobo Gift Exchange. Just anything you have decided you no longer need or a chance to re-gift that whatever you received and have been meaning to get rid of. We will have the house decorated, 5 trees, not counting the little one in the bathroom. The evening should be a good time. Please plan on parking along 71st as the neighbor next door is also planning a part for that evening. 2011 went by so quickly that I don't remember what happened to it. A lot happened over the past year and as we reflect there was some good times and bad times. I suppose that's called life, which happens when you are making plans on what to do with your life. I realize this is a very short Podium, but have to get busy, 5 trees to decorate and get the house ready for the Holiday entertaining. A Merry Christmas to all, and those of you who don't celebrate, have a good holiday season.

The November thanksgiving gathering was a feast for
Kings with nineteen in attendance. Hopefully the attendance will pick
up as the weather cools down and more snow birds return. Looking forward
to the Christmas Gathering at Jack and Richards in December. Be sure
to bring a hobo give to exchange as it is always a lot of fun.
Anyone wishing to sponsor a movie night may do so at Ted's place at whatever time you desire. Simply provide the film of your choice to be shown and you are welcome to use Ted's facility. The club is offering a website for those who wish to purchase souvenirs with the club logo. Check the site. www.cafepress.com/se_tampa. We have seven white hats and six canvas tote bags for sale at fifteen dollars each to members. Members who were a member last June 2010 and would like a beach Tote bag may request one for free as gift for being a supporting member of the organization at that time period. We also have some Southern Exposure logo magnets for sale at two dollars each and the International Nudist stickers for one dollar each. Please contact me for any of these club items. The club appreciates the donations and generosity of the members who give their support at our monthly functions. We are still giving away those special raffle prizes that were donated in past months. We appreciate the on the spot donations as it is these special on site donations that make the event even more exciting as you never know what might show up! We always need hosts for the year and would appreciate your making reservations for your preferred month ahead of time so we can better plan our events. Remember smaller events are good at times and you can limit the number of attendees to further enhance the nudist experience. Want to take this opportunity to wish those members who are under the weather a speedy and healthy recovery. You can send cards or call any of our members who are sick as their names are usually listed in our club directory. For those not listed, ask our secretary for the contact information you desire. August 17- 26, 2012 is fast approaching so make plans NOW to register and get the opportunity of a lifetime for a nudist vacation that you will always remember. I urge all who enjoy naturism at its best to join me in the Southern Exposure cabin A-3 across from the upper pool with a magnificent view of the grounds and all the beautiful naked bodies walking by. I am going for the full ten days plus a week of traveling to visit friends along the way. So make your reservations NOW! Our website is still the same but is down for a change in server and will be back up soon. Please keep checking the same website address for our new look. Note: there is now a special form on the SE web site for you to make your personal address and email changes and thus inform the appropriate people to keep your records up to date! Please make use of this added feature. Some of you have not done so and can not be contacted when it comes time for your renewals. This will help insure your receiving the newsletter and renewals on time. Also, please use the added Guest Pass feature on our web site when requesting a guest pass for your guests in the future.
